Mentorship with me is rooted in lived experience, not theory. I have been a mother for over 21 years, with more than a decade spent fighting, surviving, and ultimately learning to thrive through what I now call “mama trauma.” I searched relentlessly for answers—when my 9-month-old was diagnosed with cancer, when a natural disaster devastated our home, through my former husband’s eating disorder, my son’s pedestrian vs. vehicle accident, and navigating the complexities of family court and narcissistic abuse. At every turn, I had to become resourceful, resilient, and deeply self-aware—not just to survive, but to lead my children through it. Mentorship is where I pass that hard-earned wisdom on to you. Because when one mom finds her voice and stands up, it creates a ripple effect—one that empowers hundreds, even thousands, of others to rise alongside her.
